Job Summary:

The Showroom Manager is at the center of strategic client interaction and is responsible for maintaining, developing and solidifying client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the Showroom
  • Welcoming and servicing customers
  • Making Osborne & Little a go to destination at the SFDC
  • Work in tandem with the outside sales representative to formulate sales strategies and meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Keen understanding of the interior design industry, both residential design as well as the contract/hospitality market, and in working with and servicing the interior designer/architect
  • Profound understanding and solid background in the to-the-trade sales of textiles, wallpaper and trim.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, resourceful and creative in searching for new business while servicing and maintaining existing client base.
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to motivate and manage direct colleagues
  • Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
