Our leasing staff has expert knowledge of the design industry and its trends, assuring a complementary mix of the finest showrooms and attracting design professionals from across the western United States. With a full service leasing staff on-site, showroom owners are assured of excellent service from lease signings to Grand Openings. SFDC offers a variety of spaces ranging from 100 square feet spaces located on the mezzanine level of the Showplace building, to spaces over 12,000 square feet. We are currently at 100% occupancy. Rates vary from floor to floor. There are additional charges for operating expenses and real estate taxes.
The San Francisco Design Center's three buildings, Showplace, Galleria, and Garden Court, offer the best in fine home furnishings. Located within our three buildings, we host over 100 showrooms with a representation of over 2,000 manufacturers. A variety of showrooms includes nationally known names such as Brunschwig & Fils, Donghia, and Stark Carpet. Along with these large companies, SFDC also includes several showrooms specifically for the design professional (Kneedler-Fauchère, Sloan Miyasato, Shears & Window, and DeSousa Hughes), along with many other local showrooms specializing in everything from contemporary furnishings and accessories to old world antiques.
There is something for everyone at the San Francisco Design Center. Whether you are interested in office space, showroom space, or having your product represented in an existing showroom, our leasing staff will be happy to assist.
